Answer

Ok could mean a couple of different things. Either the inside of the machine is full of dust and needs to be cleaned with compress air, the heat sink itself has failed and needs to be replaceced, or the thermal grease on the cpu needs to be reapplied. Since you say the heat sink is getting really hot I would say that the problem is most likely they heat sink itself needing to be replaced.

I have already tried all the ways you mentioned. It seems something else is wrong.

Answer

You've already replaced the heatsink and the thermal grease?
If that's the case the motherboard needs to be replaced

Ok. I will pay you. However, why did I get two responses from two different specialists. Another one is with 16 years experience

Accepted Answer

Apparently you have two questions open for the same problem that is a new expert. I don't know anything about his qualifications but I have been working as a computer technician in massachusettes for 8 years.
