have a jensenwbt430. i run xp service pack3. unit links with computer all 3 heaphones . but will not switch to bluetooth audio on sound card. shows up in sound option but will not change?

okay i was wromg they will not pair. i followed instructions. which said after plug in wait several minutes to find drivers and such. did . went to soundcard shows sound doggle as option, but when you hit apply still comes out of speakers. all media. w media player and tv card (seperate). also xp wont show pairing screen. sorry i have other doggles that do and i can pair. but no media only file transfer capability

You should have an icon on your desktop that looks similar to this.

Double click it....
you should see something similar to this

you should see all devices in range...your device would need to be in pairing mode....look into your instructions on putting your device into pairing mode. While the device is in pairing mode, right clicking the device and choosing PAIR should pair it....you may need to enter a secuirty pin (in your instructions( which is usually 0000)

no it will not show up. if i go to sound and audio device options. it showssound max digital audio (sound card)and zeevo audio dongle as selections. but i do not get the wincows bluetooth screen as i do with other dongles. may be you can help on others. i have insignia doggle and just a regular. both shows the w blutooth screen?

jeff i think it is bad. reason. i have a insignia bluetooth audio headphone. took out jenson doggle put insignia doggle in and right away i got winows bluetooth screen to sync and it syncs with my insignia, s9, ansd the other unknown. all 3 work on my i phone. can you help make this work and screw jenson must be a bad lot.

I have a Belkin bluetooth dongle and it works well with my bluetooth stereo headphone as well as my phone...
How old are the dongles? Because some dongles will not support streaming audio from a computer to a compliant device...specifically Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP).
