Tried to find agent to download direct, no success
Do you also know where to get a remote?
When I try to turn down or up the volume sometimes it just jumps around and does its own thing, as you try to slowly turn down the volume it increases. What would have to be repaired or replaced?

Sorry but the Manual link you sent is not the unit I am looking for
It is a TEAC PL-D2000 DVD HOME THEATRE SYSTEM
and not a: PARASOUND P/LD-2000 Balanced Line Drive Preamplifier

I was confused as there are two models of PL-D2000.But i did gave youa link to obtain a manual for TEAC PL-D2000 DVD HOME THEATRE SYSTEM

Thanks for your advice,have written to Teac Parts USA and am waiting for their response
Probably will hear on Monday. Also have tried to order remote from the one company but also had to write to them as they do not have South Africa on their payment list therefore I cannot pay them. So we will see Monday.
As soon as I have replies I will write back to you or accept.
