<p>Hello XXXXXXXXX,</p><p>The flashing FI light indicates the ECU (engine control unit) has detected a problem with the one of the electrical components in the fuel injection system. It could be a problem with a sensor, the wiring going one of the sensors or a bad ECU. First you will need to extract the code from the ECU to determine which component circuit is the source of the fault code. Then you will need to test or replace the component to see if that fixes the problem. You will need a Honda service manual for your watercraft which will give detailed instructions on how to extract the fault code, what electrical circuit is the source and how to do the electrical checks on the component. You can obtain an OEM Honda service manual from the link below.
