do i have a case.i was followed and stopped because of my appearance.i asked why i was stopped the officer said he would tell me in a minute. he said there was something with my license plate.he said it came back to a different town address.i called dmv and was told that was not true.i was asked if i was drugged up? he kept looking at my tattoos.i was asked to step out right after my paperwork was given.do i have a case?

Unfortunately, you do not have a viable case against the police officer. From the facts you presented, it sounds as if the officer ran your plates and something did not add up. All the officer needs is a reasonable suspicion that you may have committed a crime to pull you over. On the other hand, he would need probable cause to arrest you and he would need a search warrant to search the locked areas of your car.
