Question

I have a new Garmin Colorado Series 400i handheld GPS. I am unable to get a compass bearing from a new position back to a distant waypoint. When I go to the 'Where To" I will obtain the distance to the waypoint I am interested in, I will get the lat lon of that waypoint, but I cannot get the compass bearing to it.

How do I get a bearing from where I am back to a given waypoint?

hello

thanks for your question.

most garmin units have a reset button/pinhole in the botton. press that to reset it.
or hold down the power button for 10 seconds.

if that doesnt help connect it to computer and reload the firmware.

you can call garmin to check up on warranty.
