Question

Hello, I was laid off from my job in May with a severance package (thank God) and I am eligible to receive money from my pension plan. I want to roll it over into a Roth IRA. I have been trying to get Fidelity to send paperwork for me to do this for over 3 months now. Each time I call them, they say that they're in the process of sending the papers and when I go online to check the status, the amount of my pension has gone down. I need to know what else can I do to get this resolved. Also, I read that whenever they do send me the paperwork that it is better if I am sent a Trustee to Trustee Transfer Form. Is this correct? I need help, thank you. Brenda G.

Hi. I'm in Blue Springs. I'm familiar with Jeff City, but I don't know exactly where it is or how long it would take to get there, I will find out though. Thank you. Yes, Missouri does have some beautiful parts but I'm originally from Arkansas and I'm a little more partial to it.(:-) Do you know anything about the Trustee to Trustee Transfer Form?
