Already Tried:
The bank has a non-use inactivity closure statement that says the account will be automatically closed if not used within 50 days' deliquency, and all fees will be reversed, providing I've never used the card or made a payment.

All you have to do is call them and tell them you want to close the credit card.

Now they MAY decide to charge you some fine print fee, but I would advise this: If you say that you suspect that your identity was stolen and you are closing because of this, banks and credit cards sometimes wave said fees. Especially if you ask them to.

Note, I am saying this in case you are such a victim. Ahem.
