Can I change the in tank fuel pump on a 1991 itasca windcrusier, 33 feet, chevrolet chassie, with out dropping the gas tank?

Hi,
I hate to say it but the tank has to be dropped,Its not that bad,of coarse the less fuel the better,I use a floor jack,remove the straps and lower it out,most of the time it can be dropped at an angle to access the fuel pump without taking it out all the way.Be sure and replace the rubber line to the generator while it is down,they tend to dry rot and crack,then the tank will have to be dropped to replace it,do it while its down,save some grief latter.
