Are toner reset chips available for an optra sc1275? Are there individual model numbers for each one and how would I locate the part number. Where do I find them and how much are they?

Already Tried:
Currently I own an optra sc 1275. I began receiving an error 84 PC life warning and so I replaced the PC. The new PC was not recognised as being new. At the same time I also replaced the yellow toner cartidge. The new toner cartidge was also not recognised. Further research indicated the presence of reset chips. I am trying to discover part numbers and or repair techniques
