OK so is it ok to drive the vehicle on a long distance trip ? can it be fixed and if so what kind of cost ?

If it is, that I was talking to you about it....

Yes, if you felt no problems with the brakes with the light on, the yellow light is only a warning. You should have full functionality of the hydraulic system.

Unless you are showing tire edge wear, I would imagine no reason not to take the car on a trip.
