Answer
The fuses are under the hood, in a panel at the base of the firewall. The relays are under that same cover, that is screwed onto the top, as well Inside the car directly under that cover is more relays.

thanks for the response, the fuse is ok,if i hotwire the compresser it works and gets cold,i know where the relays are near the fuses,but which one is for the a/c clutch, there is no power from the a/c switch to the compresser apart from the fusebox are there any other inline fuses or relays where power could be broken sounds like a relay but which one

Ok, lets start this sympomatically... Is there 12V at the low pressure switch under the hood? Its a 2 wire sensor, should be located in a sensor at the firewalls edge
