Hello,
This can be caused by a leaking air bag or a bad level sensor. These are the most common. If the system is active at all-meaning it trys to fill the bags. You can listen at each wheel for a leak. If It seems to be maintaining a proper height then it sounds like a failed level sensor. A fault scan should reveal which one of four is the problem. I do not think a generic scan tool will read this. You may have to go to a dealer.

<p>This means that either the system is timing out or not reaching the desired level in time, "a leak". Or that one of the sensors is not reading correctly. There is also a programming update for this type of scenario, which may apply.</p><p>The first step would be to have the fault codes checked.</p><p>Jacob.</p>
