temperature controls for heater and defrost worked fine. After changing battery, radio locked. So replaced radio with after market JVC. Now my 1996 olds aurora, temperature control will not adjust. Control is Stuck at 60 degree will not change as increase temp button is pushed in.

Already Tried:
tried turning unit off and then on several times. The fan works fine. First noticed when trying to use defrost during/after light rain. defrost fogged up inside of windshield. tried to raise temperature setting by pushing on up arrow. This had no effect temp select stayed at 60 degrees. Temp never got warm/hot. Just completed the install of a JVC CD player.

Hello,did you use a radio wiring connector kit for the aftermarket radio or did you splice into wiring by cutting wires?Thanks Pete
