Question

I just bought a 2007 azera with the 3.8. I want to change the oil myself I got the filter
which is JUST the filter and a couple of o-rings. I can't find the location of the filter any
HELP and where it's located and any percautions to take.

Just got the car and want to change oil can't find location of oil filter all panels under car which do I remove to find oil filter. What percautions should I take seeing it's a completly differently than a normal oil filter.

Accepted Answer

The oil filter housing is located towards the front top of the engine. Unscrew the cap, and replace the filter element.
