Question

I'M looking to buy a 2006 BMW 325i.
THe dealer (hyundai) told me there is no more warranty on the vehicule. Is this can be true.
they are asking 24995$ Canadian for the vehicule milage 57000km.
Is this a good deal or not?

It could be possible that the vehicle is out of warranty the orginal warranty is only 4 years long. That price does seem high for the vehicle. I would look into a CPO BMW this come with a warranty and BMW parts are expensive.

is the warranty against rust is still valide

what will be a fair price for this vehicule.

Yes it is as long it has had its yearly check. A fair price would be around $20,000 to $23,000.
