Does the noise sounds like it is at the wheel or the center?

the rattlyng sound is by the tire. When it makes the clunk noise you can see the leaf spring move on both sides

Answer

OK., check the brakes, both the pads and the park brake shoes.

Take the 8 bolts out of the axle and see if the wheel will turn. This will drop some gear oil, but it will tell us if the issue is in the hub/bearing or the diff.

A part of the park brake was broke and wedged in. Took all the broken parts out, put all new parts in and everything works like new. You did great, keep up the fine work. Ron
