Welcome. I will try my best to help you and in order to do that, I need you to describe as best you can because I only know as much about your problem as you have told me in your post, so my answer will be based on what you have posted. Please feel free to reply as needed.
Have you checked any of the wiring between the throttle pedal and the PCM?
Have you checked the wiring from the throttle body to the PCM?
Have you checked the ETC fuse #23 in the underhood fuse block?
Sorry for the delay. I wish I could fix windows like I fix GM.

LOL. Figures. I had to reinstall it. try THIS one.
Any tricks for this thing?
Asus 1000he, 1.66ghz, 2gb, xp pro and not very responsive. I tried an OCZ SSD, but that was just hot. Fresh install and all the updates.
The chances of a faulty TB out of the box is slim.
Can you recommend a good 12-13" laptop, quick, powerful but not too much in the wallet? Would not mind a good graphics card.
There is a bit of testing in the document that will lead you to the issue. As I said, with all that you have replaced, it is either a wiring issue or the PCM.
I like to play some games, not always the newest, but 256mb would be the min video, I spend alot of time on here, JA answering questions so I often have many pages open, I also want to use it at work and GM has some minimum requirements. I want at least 2gb or ram, but I can upgrade that, and I will not buy another HELL. I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone trying to fix my inspiron 1520 and the last I called them, the wanted me to re install XP again. I had done it 6 times in 3 months. Lets just say I am proficient at the fresh install route. Ideally I would like a Blu Ray drive in it as well.
