Question

I live on the West Coast and entered all my address for the East Coast where I was traveling to. When I arrived at the Airport it was 11:00 p.m. I picked up my rental car and plugged in the GPS. It would say, Garmin, Copyright, Loading Maps, then go dead. I traveled in New Hampshire, Mass. Washington D. C and Virginia with no directions to my Hotels. Every State I checked to make sure the GPS wasn't working. I had to rely on Google Maps which was very disappointing, because I was traveling alone and had to watch the road and read the directions. Do you have any idea what the problem might have been. I would appreciate your in put. Thank you
Sincerely,
XXXX XXXX

Dear XXXXX XXXXXX:

It turns out you couldn't help me because when I called Garmin they tried to fix my problem over the computer and decided it was a mal -function in the GPS itself. So I had to send it back to Garmin.

Thanks anyway,

Sincerely,

June Shaw
