A=For the tech support blocking your number there are only 2 reasons I'm aware of. 1. You're calling a number that is inappropriate for your calling area, ie your calling a US only # from Canada. 2. You have called before, several times asking for FREE help with a password issue which is considered a software issue or user created problem by most companies and therefor rarely if ever covered for free under warranty. If this is the case and you have got through in the past they may have blocked you as a "problem customer", if this is not the case reply back with the name of the Computer manufacturer who made the computer in question and you location(Country, State, City) and I will verify you have the appropriate number.

As for the password problem, if you have re-installed windows from a raw disk or from a factory restore set then I don't know how you could have a password unless it was pre-programmed password as part of a corporate install disk.

Please reply back with info regarding the first comment and including the make/model and type of install disk you're using if you wish further assistance.
