Vista, I open Corel Draw X4, start new job, click file/import, under file types, there should be a choice of All File Formats, that choice is missing, along with the choice of cdr corel draw, I actually went into Options/Global/filters/reset hit ok save settings as default,
re booted computer and it stiil wont show as All File formats

Thanks for your question.
you can try a system restore.

System restore process restores your computer to a previous date.. So if you didnt have this problem few days ago this should solve the problem.. System restore can be undone if needed. Its advisable to first backup the files.

I was going through corel documents and it seems that
"Note that not all importing options are available for all file formats"

you can see it here

so its not supported and we cant do anything about it. May be they will solve this problem with the next release.
