I have lost touch with the person who built my website and cannot find the username and password. I have access to the site files both on the server and on my pc using Dreamweaver, can you tell me which file they are stored in and how to find /change them

The username and password to log into Joomla Admininstrator i.e. domain/administrator. I assume these 2 details are contained in one of the files. Yes I have the ftp user name and password

If you have the files and you have ftp password then you can do whatever you want. .you need to have technical knowledge.. If you have the technical knowledge you need to look in to the code files and check what file you have to edit for required work..

If you can't do that then you need to hire another person to do that.. and next time please remember your user name and password..
