I HAVE A NEW DELL COMPUTER AND HAVE BEEN USING AOL THROUGH COMCAST ON MY OLD COMPUTER. I CANNOT GET INTO MY E-MAIL BECAUSE MY COMPUTER REFUSES TO RECOGNIZE
MY NEW PASSWORD. PLEASE HELP ME.

hello

First lets check if the software is installed correctly.
1. go to control panel-> program feature->
and remove AOL
2. restart your computer
3. insert AOL disk and reinstall the program.

the problem is with your account so only AOL will be able to help you. You may need a new updated Driver Cd.

How to reach a live person:

Well, this is really a trick. I pressed "0" 6 times until ending up at a recording saying that they needed to pull up my account information. I then entered "#" 3 times until the recording gave up and said they would transfer me to a live person.

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO CALL AOL, SINCE I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE. I D O NOT HAVE THE AOL CD TO RE-INSTALL. WILL LET YOU KNOW IF I GET THROUGH TO AOL. D
