My old PC has died because of its mother board was dead. I had Norton Internet Security 2006 on it. I purchased a new Dell PC and I also purchased Norton Internet Security 2009 from COSTCO for the new Dell PC. I checked the Symantec web page and discovered that my old Norton Internet Security 2006 had an automatic renewal service with it and that I am due for renewal in 2 days. I wish to cancel my automatic renewal because I have already purchased Norton Internet Security 2009.

Please navigate to your location. From there you will find the customer support and contact link. You should call them as soon as possible. Don't choose their email option as this may be answered too late and they may charge your card. Contact them by phone and they will cancel your automatic renewal.
