Hello
on2/23/2009 i signed up for a CPR class. i paid $50.00 for the class. i had planed to attend classes in March 20/2009. there was a conflict with my school schedual so i changed to june 12/2009. in may i injured my back and was incapasitated for a while, i called and cancelled altogether. i was given a 80 page book a dna cd when i signed up for this class. i relize i wont get the whole fifty back, but i do exspect to recieve some money back. i have written them stating the same, i have yet to heare from them. what can i do.

I'm sorry to hear of your dilemma, as well as your ongoing misfortunes.

 

Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund. While I'm pretty sure that they will allow you to retake the course another time, they don't have an obligation to refund any of the course payment.
