It is a 1998 lexus gs400.

Thank you. This code indicates an evap leak or vent valve malfunction from the cannister area near the fuel tank. It will require some diagnosis to locate the exact cause of the code. Unfortunately, this is not likely something that we can diagnose long distance and will require some hands on diagnosis. I will opt out in case another expert has seen a trend with this vehicle.
