Chance's are you have alot of spyware and maybe even some viruses causing this problem.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebyt...are_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Download the update from here if you have problems.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

This is taking a long time :S is this normal?

Answer

Yeah i've see it take quite awhile before, it depends on how many files you computer has since it has to go through all of the files.

If that takes to long I would advise to download Spybot Search and Destroy

If you need anymore help please ask, otherwise have a good night and god bless! Smile

Answer

I am seeing something in your log, when you ran Spybot did you delete all of the problems it found?

If you did delete them with spybot and there still coming up theres a good chance its alot deeper in your hard drive then suspected. If that is the case, I would advise to take the computer into a repair shop you may just need a new hard drive.
