Dear friend,
I am sorry your boy is not feeling well but soo happy he is home safe and sound.
If you do not see anything in his mouth he may have caught a cold (URI):
http://www.marvistavet.com/html/feline_upper_respiratory.html
All cats carry upper respiratory virus on their own fur. Cats that live together become immune to the carried strain but as soon as the bacterium is exposed to another cat it will infect them. If this baby was exposed to other cats he likely contracted it from them or stress.
Feed him very odorous food so he can smell it and will keep eating. If he gets dehydrated, give him a few droppers of unflavored pedialyte througout the day to hydrate him and balance his electrolytes.
H e can have an OTC called clortrimeton - a quarter tablet every 12 hours if he is congested.
http://www.petplace.com/drug-library/chlorpheniramine-maleate-chlor-trimeton/page1.aspx
You can also take him in a steamy bathroom where you have run a hot shower to break it up.For teary eyes get Terramycin ointment. some pet supplies have it but call first or order from http://www.revivalanimal.com/
If he develops any colored mucus that means the infection has turned bacterial and will respond to an antibiotic. Some vets script one even if it is viral to prevent secondary infections like pneumonia.
Please let me know how he is feeling. If you get worried I will always be here to help further.
I hope he feels better very soon.
Very sincerely,

Thank you for advise, will try those things (i'm prob just being an ova protective mother to the cat) so its not really an emergency, but what symptoms should i keep an eye out for,(if it gets worse) and if it is "nothing" how long till i should be worried, if symptons keep going on. (hope that makes sense)
I understand.......this is your baby here.....
A cats appetite is the best barometer of his health because when they feel sick they stop eating straight away.
If he keeps sneezing just inspect more carefully in is mouth for a stuck item - roof - under tongue - cheeks etc.
Other things to watch for are hiding, pawing at his mouth, trouble passing urine..
Otherwise he should be fine.
Pleaase let me know how he is doing.
Best wishes for him,
