Answer
Hi,
From the little amount of what you have provided about your symptoms it sounds like you may have some depression. I would defiantly suggest making an appointmeent with a psychiatrist to get an evaluation. If he feels you are depressed he may start you on an anti-depressant. He will conduct a good evaluation and find out what is going on. I also suggest talking to a therapist to find out what is going on and how you can begin to move forward again. I would encourage you to call your insurance to find out who you can see and if you are not insured to contact your local community mental health center. Best of luck. I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can help any more.

I'd agree that I am in fact depressed. I think I have bipolar tendencies although I'd consider myself how functioning. The problem is that I know what my 'problems' are and even what caused them but I feel I am the only one who can help myself. I am open to trying meds for the 1st time in my life so far. I am insured, no issue there. Thanks you for the encouragement.
Answer
Hi,
I would defiantly try the medications. It may be the "miracle" you are looking for. I would also try to continue in therapy to really dig deep and find out what is going on. That may help you really feel better along with the medications. Best wishes.
