This engine will not bend valves if the Timing belt breaks. I have done tons of them. If the engine is over rev'd and the belt breaks and there is valve float due to high rpm's and there is carbon deposits on the pistons and valves then maybe but the odds are in your corner that you will be fine. :)

Yes the answer is the same I assumed it was ES 300 this is the 3 L V-6 engine I was referring to your good to go. :)
