I have a CF 2002 with a rip on it. I cannot get my documents to duplex. Can you help me understand what to do?

Thanks for your question.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem.

Switch off and disconnect the printer from power supply. Also disconnect any other units (PC etc) to it. Leave the printer disconnected for 30 minutes. It should do a soft reset itself, then restart it.

System restore process restores your computer to a previous date.. So if you didnt have this problem few days ago this should solve the problem..

To restore the system to a previous date follow these steps.
Go to START then ALL PROGRAMS then ACCESSORIES then SYSTEM TOOLS then SYSTEM RESTORE then restore my computer to an earlier date.

I haven't had the rip hooked up but for one day. I'm not sure if everything was set correctly to begin with. Can you tell me what the setting should be. I don't understand why the duplex says that it is off and has no option to turn on.
