Question

I am being treated for adult ADD. I told my employer about my condition nearly a year ago and asked to please email or at least write down instructions for me so I wouldn't forget and there would be no misunderstandings. While there was a verbal agreement to do so, yet no follow through. Today I was presented with a laundry list complaints and was fired. Do I have a American's with disabilities discrimination case ?

You very well might have a complaint.

I suggest you contact the local EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and have them assist you in drawing up a complaint against this employer. Be aware that an employer is considered liable under the ADA is if he has at least 15 employees who work each workday in at least 20 weeks during a calendar year.
