Question

MY PARENTS HAVE A 1995 FORD TAURUS AND THEY STATE THAT IS STOPS UNEXPECTEDLY WHILE DRIVING. NEEDLESS TO SAY...IT IS A SAFETY CONCERN. THEY STATE IT STOPS ONLY WHEN WHEN IT'S HOT...ALTHOUGH THE TEMPERTURE GUAGE DOES NOT SHOW IT'S HOT. THEY STATE, THAT WHEN IT STOPS THEY OPEN THE HOOD AND THROW WATER OVER THE RADIATOR AND IT SUDDENLY STARTS. WEIRD PROBLEM BUT NEEDS TO GET FIXED.
I'M THINKING IT IS EITHER THE THERMOSTAT, WATER PUMP, OR THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE. PLEASE HELP.

Optional Information: 1995 Ford Taurus 3.0 V6
