Question
I am British and a legal US resident. I am divorced from a US citizen. i want to marry my fiance who is a british citizen and bring him to the US to live with me. Would this work the same way as if I was a US citizen ? Is it the same paper work etc? and how long would all this take?
Until then can he come for the 3 months he can legally be here, leave and immediately reenter the US for another 3 months until the paper work as been taken care of. Or is there a requird time he must return to the UK before he can turn around and come back.

If you are a legal US resident, you should not have a problem bringing your fiance. The USCIS has a great website that will give you forms and additional information.
