Dear Sir or Madam,

 

This is to notify you that I have retained the following law firm to represent me in matters regarding the pending foreclosure of my property; said property being identifiable through the above-referenced mortgage account number.

 

Name of law firm

Name of attorney

Address of law firm

Phone number of law firm

 

Please communicate directly with my attorney with regard to all further actions related to the above-mentioned property and foreclosure proceeding.
