Question

This is not an electronics question ,if it were only that simple. I signed up for uverse tv, intnet& telephone in July on Aug 10 a tech installed the TV & intnet and disconected my telephone service with Time Warner. On Aug 10 I instructed Time Warner to transfer my telephone service to AT&tT. This was per theTech's instruction. I have been without telephone servixce since Aug 10. I have have been given diferent dates by AT&T as to ,when my telephone service would be restored first it was the 12 of Aug then the 14 of Aug the that it could take up to 15 working days. I have been given all sorts of reasons why the service could not be restored including placing the blame on Time Warner.m I have discused this with Time Warner service and they tell me that AT&T is not telling me the truth.I really would like someone to give m,e an honest answer in writing as to why my telephone service has been disconected and why it cannot be restored quickley. AT&T should get out of this business
