Question

I am upgrading y small B&B from 3 rooms to 5 rooms and need a dishwasher that can keep up with the extra workload without taking all day. Are there any fast cycle residentialdishwasher that will clean dishes in 30 minutes or less? What is the fastest home unit I can buy? (I am also interested to RELIABILITY!

Steve, our church just went through this. I don't know of any home unit you would be happy with. Because of the mandated energy ratings they all use less water and have extended wash time to make up washing performance. Most take almost 2 hours and depending on water temps etc. as long as 4 hours. I know the commercial units are much more expensisive but you will be happy with the speed and performance. We got a Hobart commercial off Craig's list for $1000 and it was only a 3 years old. I hope this helps. Dave
