Question

In my G.E. model TBX18DLS top freezer unit water collects under the fruit/vegetable draws. I have no idea where the water is coming from./ Can you help me? It collects on the bottom of the frig.

the drain is stopped up in the freezer ,,

remove the inside back panel inside the freezer and pour hot water into the troft under the coil and clear the drain hole and pour till it drains and then pull the fridge out from the wall and pull the drain pipe loose runing on the back side and rinse it out oblow it out and put back together and it will be fine / thanks

Thanks to Larry my appliance technician he did a wonderful job helping me fix my refrigerator. The answer was fast , 50 seconds! He knew exactly what to do and everythindg worked! Also I had a chance to fix my ice maker line had he not tell me to pull the refrigerator out, it was leaking a small pin hole. He saved me over a $100.00!!!

Anybody asking me about fixing appliance I would recommend Just Answer.
