my pulse this morning was 120, bloodpressure - 87/135
i am 27, female and weigh 48 kg, 1.58m tall.

my head is "heavy", i have a headache and my ears are as if there a change in lattitude, that microphonic feeling.

i am dizzy and feeling emotional, please help...what the hell is wrong with me?

Answer

A pulse of 120 is considered tachycardia and although is normal during or after physical activity, if this is taken at rest then we would want to check for other problems.

I would suggest that you sit at rest for 30 minutes and then repeat the BP and pulse. You need to avoid caffeine and smoking.

If you develop any chest pain or shortness of breath then you need to go to ER
