room is 180sq ft. grid pattern: new plywood: need rate for laying 13" tile. also does this usually include laying backerboaed and grouting?

The rate can vary depending on the amount of tile to set, the type of tile to set, and the type grout being applied. The backer board is usually figured separately. $3.00 a foot will usually cover a normal installation including the grout. Backer board can add $2.00 a foot.
