Question

mother is in jail now for 3rd DUI. have joint custody and she is in for 30 days she is scheduled to pick up our daughter on monday but just found out from her family she wont b able to cuz she went in jail as of last week. we have picked her up from family through the last few months because mom was drunk and they didnt want her to take her. we only hoped she would b caught again and when she did only has 30 days in jail then 4 months os house arrest how is this justified when i pay child support have lost my home in foreclosure and now can not hire a lawyer do the judges think of when they keep giving her a chance that next time my daughter may not be here. how can i get in front of a judge and will anything b done? she first had work release then rolled her over due to that she smelled like booze. judge gave her benifit of doubt because she attended counceling, but she was still working in a bar and guy to guy who has called cops many times to her being uncontrollable??? why?
