no $625 is parts and labor they gave you wrong info for $180 you can buy parts from Volvo dealer timing belt and tensioner
to replace the belt you will just bring the camshafts to mark on plastic cover and crankshaft also take the belt tensioner out and that is all when you install new tensioner make sure you install new timing belt tensioner bring the adjustment arm slight of the center to right side and lock it and turn engine twice re check mark if the line up .no special tools and part is not 625 just walk to Volvo parts department and buy parts direct they cant be that is wrong info 625 that is with labor same price here in Chicago $625 parts and labor at Volvo .
