Good morning!

 

ECM130A - Intake air leak

ECM261A - Fuel trim upper limit

ECM262A - Fuel trim lower limit

 

These 3 codes by themselves usually indicate a problem with the ETM (electronic throttle module). Volvo has had a problem with these for some time now, and fortunately they have extended the warranty on them to 10 years, 200,000miles (so this means the repairs of it are free for you, unless you've driven over 200,000miles). In the past what the dealers have done is they will clean the throttle body and do a software upgrade to it. Usually this never fixes them and they end up having to replace the throttle module.
