what is the most important thing to do when you are paralysis an your in bed?

Answer

The most important thing to do is to keep changing postition so you do not get bed sores. A person in bed needs to turn at least every two hours. More often if they get red marks easily from pressure.

It's also important to eat a good diet, and get plenty of fluids.
