Hello,
Depending on what you have - it is most likely bacterial vaginosis (BV) since it has in odor (although not usually 'chunky' - that would be a yeast infection). The way to treat a BV infectionis with flagyl (metronidazole) or cleocin (clindamycin). A yeast infection can be treated with over the counter medication - miconazole or clotrimazole.
