Question

my 1994 jetski twincarb dose not crank its weting the spark plugs in oil angas is this comon and i crank it with out the spark plug it spits oil mix with gas wen i put the plugs back it will try to crank but it looks like get tight

Hello

Sounds like you are experiencing a flooded engine.
You shouldn't see any gas and oil shoot out of the engine with the plugs removed.

What you want to do is remove the spark plugs, and place a rag over the plug holes press down on one hole or both with your finger and thumb. This will provide some vacuum in the engine to draw the gas out of the crankcase to the top of the piston and then out the plug holes.
This is a messy job but it works.
After doing that for a while replace the spark plugs, Make sure your gas valve is turned off, hold the throttle wide open and crank it over.
You'll have to repeat this step several times to get it to clean out.
