DO YOU HAVE A RIGTH TO SUE A COMPANY FOR AMANGER TELLING YOU THAT IF YOU DONT COME TO A METTING YOU CAT GET YOUR CHECK AND I RESPONE THAT UNLAWFUL AND BY MY WAY OUR YOUR WAY I GOING TO GET MY CHECK AND THEY FIRED ME AND I NEVER BEEN WRITTING UP OR SUS.

Answer

If you were an employee without any written employment contract, you were an at will employee and could be terminated for any reason at all as long as it was not based upon your age/race/sex/disability. Thus, if the manager told you to come to a meeting or be fired, he did nothing at all unlawful and your response to the manager was insubordination which is grounds for discharge.
