Hi, and thanks for your question.

I'm so glad you're asking this NOW, and anticipating the sexual maturation of your Bucks and Does; you're a very intelligent pet parent! : )

The Bucks will usually become sexually mature just a bit earlier than the Does, so at 13 weeks, your buck may be approaching this time, as it will happen around 3 1/2 months of age. For this reason, it would be recommended to separate your bunnies, now. While males can be neutered as soon as their testicles descend (at the age listed above), it is recommended to spay them at about 5 months of age, as it's safer for the bunny.

Females may be spayed as soon as they are sexually mature, usually around 4 months of age, but many vets prefer to wait until they are 6 months old, because surgery is riskier on a younger rabbit.

The most important thing, after keeping your rabbits separated so they can't mate, once they reach sexual maturity, is to find a veterinarian who is very experienced in spaying/neutering rabbits.
