My 2006 chrysler sebring won't turn over the lights all work but radio doesn't have seen its may be starter relay or sylliniod

Let me verify what your concern is. You have a no start/no crank and the headlamps work great indicating the battery is most likely fine. Does it make any noises when you attempt to start it? BTW what engine is in your Sebring?
