Hello and welcome to just answer Chrysler. You say you have replaced "everything". Would you please tell me all of the items that you have replaced?

Have you replaced the crank position sensor? The distributor failing is the # 1 cause of a no start, but the crank position sensor is the 2nd most common cause of this.
Shaun, do you have access to a scan tool such as a SnapOn scanner? If so this would really be helpful. Sometimes auto parts stores will rent one to you. Let me know if you can get one,
Ok no problem. If the scanner will not connect then maybe the PCM is not being powered up. Let's make sure there is Batt and ignition feed and grounds to the PCM. Using your volt meter, verify there is 12 volts at the pins that I have marked in bold with the key in the on position. Also verify continuity to ground with your ohm meter. Let me know how that goes,

Ok then check this for me: Disconnect the starter relay and probe each one of the starter relay cavities in the fuse/relay box with a 12 volt test light or a voltmeter.. One of the cavities should be hot all the time, and one should be hot only with the key in the start position. Check that for me and let me know what you find.
Ok, there's a problem. There must be an open circuit between the ignition switch and the starter relay terminal. I believe the wire for this circuit is a yellow one. First do a visual inspection under the dash, and see if you can find the yellow start wire and follow it up to the big fire wall connector. Also while you are under there, look for any add on theft devices that may have been added (alarm, start disable device, etc.)

I have seen "bad" re manufactured PCM's and that may be what's happening here. I hve gone through 3 PCM's (even MOPAR units) before I got a good one, so keep that in mind. I have also had problems with after market crank sensors. There are some really junk crank sensors out there, so if the crank sensor you installed was not a MOPAR one you might want to install a factory sensor.
